About Me
- Name: Alison Ashley Formento
I am the author of the award-winning picture book THIS TREE COUNTS! (Albert Whitman & Co.) and THIS TREE, 1, 2, 3. Look for THESE BEES COUNT! in 2012 and THESE SEAS COUNT! in 2013. I stay busy reading and writing...Novels, short stories, plays and essays. My freelance work has appeared in The New York Times, The Writer, Parenting Magazine, New Jersey Monthly, MacDirectory Magazine, The Parent Paper and several other publications.
